This policy is provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and, where applicable, other privacy laws.

2. Data we collect

• Contact and lead data: name, email address, phone number, company name, and your stated intent when you submit a form.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Technical data: IP-derived region (country), browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics.
• Communications: messages you send us.

We do not knowingly collect protected health information (PHI) through this website.

3. How we use data

To respond to inquiries, provide and improve the Services, process payments, meet legal and accounting obligations, and send service updates where permitted.

4. Legal basis and consent

Where the DPDP Act applies, we process personal data based on your consent, which you provide by submitting a form and may withdraw at any time, or on another lawful basis. Where other laws apply, we rely on legitimate interests, contract performance, and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate, including Razorpay (payments), email/analytics providers, and hosting infrastructure, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with law (for example, tax and accounting records).

Billing records and secure access

We store billing contact and address details, optional GSTIN, accepted quote and policy versions, invoice/tax details, provider payment references, subscription status and refund requests. We do not store card numbers, CVV, banking credentials or raw sensitive payment payloads. Razorpay Payments Private Limited processes payments; Resend delivers essential billing messages. Single-use email links expire after 15 minutes; billing sessions expire after 30 minutes. Records are retained for applicable contractual and statutory accounting obligations; access and deletion requests remain subject to those obligations.
