1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Unrivaled Network Corporation Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62099JH2023PTC021243), having its registered office at C/O SN Sahay, Sector C/1, Kushum Vihar, Koyla Nagar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand 826005, India ("Unrivaled Network", "we", "us").

Our United States representative office and partner contact is Dr. Noorullah Azim, DDS, at 31285 Temecula Pkwy Ste 207, Temecula, CA 92592. The United States office is a service and representative location; the contracting entity for all engagements and payments is the Indian company named above.

2. Services

Unrivaled Network provides digital marketing, search optimization, advertising, web and application development, media production, and related professional services ("Services") as described on this website or in a separate written proposal or statement of work ("SOW"). Where a SOW conflicts with these Terms, the SOW prevails for that engagement.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR) as displayed.
• All payments are collected through Razorpay (Razorpay Payments Private Limited and its payment partners). We do not store card or banking credentials on this website.
• Taxes (including GST where applicable) are charged as required by law. The Indian company's GSTIN is 20AADCU4181C1ZV.
• Invoices and receipts are issued by Razorpay and/or Unrivaled Network.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and materials reasonably required to deliver the Services, and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

Unless a SOW states otherwise, upon full payment we assign to you the deliverables we create specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks, and general know-how.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your own jurisdiction.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "updated" date on this page.

Online billing

The merchant for all payments is Unrivaled Network Corporation Private Limited. Service taxes are displayed separately before payment and are distinct from Razorpay's processing fees. Customer-entered amounts require an identified project and agreed payment terms; existing invoice balances already include their applicable tax.

Monthly subscriptions cover up to 12 billing cycles and can be cancelled at the end of the paid cycle. Renewal after twelve cycles requires fresh approval. Mandate authorisation is not confirmation of a collected service payment; subsequent bank authentication may be required.

Use the billing portal to view records and request cancellation or refunds. The prorated refund rules for unfinished work and three-day renewal window where work has not begun remain unchanged. See the Service Delivery Policy.
